3. Ethical Growth

Our services strictly follow Instagram’s Terms of Use. We do not use bots, fake accounts, or spam techniques. All actions taken on your account are conducted manually and ethically.

4. Client Account Access

In order to provide services, clients grant us temporary access to their Instagram accounts. We prioritize account security, do not share credentials, and recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel anytime. Refunds are only available if requested within 48 hours of the initial subscription and only if no growth actions have been performed on the account.

6. Data Privacy

We collect limited client data (such as username and email) only for service delivery. All data is securely stored and never sold or shared with third parties.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising will be handled under Turkish jurisdiction.
