2. Refund Eligibility

As our services involve manual account actions and personalized strategy implementation, we do not offer refunds once a paid service has been initiated and work has begun.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• If the service was not delivered at all due to our error.
• If you were billed mistakenly and notify us within 7 days of the charge.
• If your account was not eligible for our service and no actions were taken.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• If the client changes their mind after service begins.
• If the client fails to provide required access or information to start work.
• If the client violates Instagram’s terms or experiences restrictions unrelated to our actions.
• If the 7-day trial has ended and a paid service was confirmed and started.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Description of the issue
• Proof of payment

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your access to our services will be terminated immediately, and we reserve the right to dispute the claim with your payment provider.
